Straightforward wholesale process from inquiry to EXW pickup.
Inquiry
Send Catalog SKUs (SQ- / LG-) and/or an OEM brief (artwork, foil idea), quantities, fabric preference, and destination market. Size and fabric: Confirm on quote. We reply with availability and EXW pricing.
Sampling
Approve handfeel and print via samples. Samples are free; shipping is paid by the buyer.
Bulk order
Confirm PO, style/color mix, and lead time on the quotation. Payment follows prepaid terms stated on the quote (full payment, or deposit with balance due before pickup).
Shipment (EXW)
Goods ready for buyer pickup or buyer-arranged freight from mainland China under EXW. Exact delivery, risk, and ownership terms follow the written quotation and Incoterms stated there — this page is not a complete contract.

Are you a factory or a trader?
We operate our own production line in mainland China and sell factory-direct to wholesale distributors — not as a trading middleman.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ is confirmed on the written quotation (site reference 2,000 pcs per style where stated). Catalog assortment size is a current ready set, not a limit on OEM programs.
Who arranges freight under EXW?
Under EXW China, the buyer typically arranges pickup and international freight (or appoints a forwarder). Delivery, risk, and ownership follow the Incoterms and written quotation for that order — ask us to clarify before you book freight.
Do you offer credit terms?
We work on prepaid terms: full payment, or a deposit with the balance due before pickup. Exact deposit share and schedule are confirmed on the quotation — not as a fixed website figure.
Can we order samples first?
Yes. Samples are free; the buyer covers shipping. Approve handfeel and print before bulk via the inquiry form.
Do you provide certificates or test reports?
For qualified wholesale orders, relevant test reports can be shared on request. Tell us which reports you need when you inquire.
Do you accept retail or small consumer orders?
We focus on wholesale distributors and importers. For retail or small consumer quantities we are not the right fit; if helpful, ask and we can suggest other channels.
Can we mix styles in one order?
Yes — mix ready catalog styles and/or OEM styles on one program. Each selected style’s MOQ is confirmed on quotation (site reference 2,000 pcs/style where stated). Catalog count is a current ready set, not a cap on OEM.
What fabrics do you supply?
Current ready lines include polyester digital print and cotton reactive print. Foil / hot-stamp accents and other finishes are available on OEM programs after sampling. Confirm fiber and process on quote.
Are sizes fixed?
Sizes are confirmed by style and order requirements. We do not publish a single fixed size chart on this site.
How does OEM / private label work?
Share artwork or a design brief, approve sampling for handfeel and print, then confirm MOQ and prepaid terms on the quotation. See our OEM page for the workflow.
