This notice describes how the Scarvio wholesale website handles inquiry data. It is an operational description, not a complete privacy policy and not legal advice.
What we collect: when you use the inquiry form, we receive the fields you submit — typically company name, contact name, work email, phone/WhatsApp, country/market, preferred product line, estimated quantity, styles of interest, message, and wholesale-buyer consent. Mailto and WhatsApp contacts you initiate separately are handled in those channels.
Where it goes: form submissions are delivered by email to [email protected] (via FormSubmit.co’s free email forwarding, or an equivalent site form handler). We use the information to respond to B2B wholesale requests and manage related follow-up. We do not sell personal data.
Retention: messages are handled manually in email; we do not publish an automated retention schedule on this site. To request deletion or correction of inquiry data we hold, email [email protected].
Third parties: FormSubmit.co (or the form handler in use) processes the submission to deliver email. Their terms and privacy practices apply to that transmission. Cloudflare hosts this static site.
