Catalog and buying process
Catalog
Our flat catalog and on-model lookbook show reference styles from the in-house assortment (about 50 designs). SKU codes on flats are for PO and sampling reference. Ask if you need SKUs beyond the Batch 1 flats on the homepage.
Materials
Current wholesale lines: polyester digital print and cotton reactive print. Sizes are confirmed by style and order requirements.
Steps
1) Inquiry with styles, quantities, fabric preference, and destination market. 2) Sampling — samples are typically free with shipping paid by the buyer. 3) Written quotation (MOQ, prepaid terms, lead time). 4) Bulk order and production. 5) EXW mainland China — buyer arranges pickup or freight.
Payment
Prepaid terms: full payment, or deposit plus balance before pickup, as stated on the quotation. Payment is received by our mainland China company. No open credit terms unless separately agreed in writing.
Response
We reply to inquiries on business days. Specific staffing hours by market are confirmed when we respond.
