Orders are wholesale only. Minimum order quantities, prices, lead times, sampling, deposits, and prepaid schedules are confirmed on the written quotation and sales confirmation for each order — website figures are indicative until confirmed.
Prices are quoted EXW mainland China unless otherwise stated in writing. Delivery, risk, and ownership follow the Incoterms and contract documents for that order; this summary does not replace those documents.
Payment is received by our mainland China company on prepaid terms (full payment or deposit plus balance before pickup) as stated on the quote. No open credit terms unless separately agreed in writing.
